Flax Spirluna Smoothie

I have started going back to the gym and for some reason I always find it hard to not eat a big meal a couple of hours beforehand, but the one of the things that you can eat/drink 1-2 before the gym is a smoothie.

To prepare to get my new program I made this healthy smoothie:

3/4 cup soy milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
2 tbp flaxmeal
1/2 tsp spirulina powder.

Blended together.
